Job Description

As a Facilities Intern, you will: 

  • Assist facility technicians and work with outside contractors on all facets of work.
  • Set up various conference rooms throughout the General Office for meetings. 
  • Work collaboratively with IT on employee and office moves. 
  • Assist employees with daily facility requests. 
  • Assist with setup of various company functions held at outside locations. 
  • Work with facilities to maintain office guidelines. 

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and entering senior year, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business Management, or a vocational focus for electrical, plumbing or related field. 
  • Position is onsite in the corporate office in Wall, NJ.
  • Available to work full time (40 hours per week) during defined intern program dates (June-August).
  • Willingness to work overtime or evenings/weekends as needed, including during emergency situations.
  • Commitment to working safely and following safety guidelines. 
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and follow through on assignments. 
  • Ability to work outdoors on occasion, including in varying weather conditions. 
  • Reliable and punctual, with attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
