Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including mowing, trimming, raking, and cleaning golf course grounds
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of golf course landscaping and turf
- Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure pathways, bunkers, and greens are clean and in optimal condition
- Assist irrigation specialists with watering and drainage tasks
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with the golf course maintenance team to complete daily and seasonal projects
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments, sometimes under varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred but not required
