Role Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Alteryx to consolidate and transform data from multiple sources.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across IAM systems.
- Automate data ingestion and reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau for real-time monitoring of IAM KPIs.
- Conduct advanced analysis using SQL, Alteryx workflows, and visualization tools to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and insights for audits, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
- Integrate alerting mechanisms with communication platforms (e.g., email, Teams, Slack) for proactive issue resolution.
- Partner with risk management, operations, and governance teams to optimize efficiency and compliance.
- Document data models, workflows, and automation processes for transparency and maintainability.
- Support IAM roadmap initiatives and mentor junior analysts.
Technical Skills
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience with relational databases.
- Proficiency in Alteryx for data preparation, automation, and workflow design.
- Expertise in Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization.
- Familiarity with ETL frameworks and data pipeline concepts.
- Ability to design and implement automated reporting and alerting solutions.
- Experience with Splunk for log analysis, monitoring, and alerting
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-have skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Knowledge of data governance, audit processes, and regulatory compliance frameworks (SOX, GLBA, NIST).
- Familiarity with real-time data processing and streaming technologies (Kafka).
- Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISACA) are a plus.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
