Functions
- Directly responsible for achieving the Store’s objectives (sales and KPIs).
- Ensure customer service in the store in accordance with the brand values and PUMA’s service standards.
- Responsible for the selection, management, and training of the team.
- Performance evaluations.
- Team briefings.
- Analysis of customers, purchasing trends, and competitive information to drive the business and provide feedback to the Area Manager.
- Manage Loss Prevention.
- Directly responsible for compliance with Loss Prevention within the store.
- Inventory management.
- Participate in new store openings and attend all required training sessions; travel may be required.
- Visual merchandising maintenance according to PUMA standards.
- Execute all requirements necessary to maintain a safe and compliant working environment for store staff.
- Responsible for compliance with Policies and Procedures.

- 2–4 years of management experience in retail, managing teams and products.
- Strong communication and motivational skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Leadership.
