Job Description

Overview
The Performance Recruitment Marketing Strategist is responsible for driving qualified job applicants through data-driven, paid digital recruitment strategies. This role focuses on performance marketing across paid social, search, and other digital channels—prioritizing measurable results over traditional job board–heavy recruiting. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and the ability to translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid digital recruitment campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other performance-based channels
  • Own end-to-end campaign strategy, including targeting, budgeting, creative alignment, optimization, and pacing
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics such as cost per applicant, conversion rates, and overall efficiency
  • Analyze recruitment marketing data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities to scale or reallocate spend
  • Deliver concise, insight-driven performance reporting to stakeholders, highlighting results, learnings, and next steps
  • Support digital recruiting efforts beyond traditional job boards through paid social, paid search, retargeting, and high-intent placements
  • Monitor employer brand and recruiting reputation across review platforms and digital channels, flagging trends and escalating insights as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns, preferably within recruiting, hiring, or lead generation environments
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, campaign optimization, and budget management
  • Highly data-driven with advanced comfort in spreadsheets, tracking tools, and reporting systems
  • Ability to communicate performance insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple roles or locations simultaneously
  • Familiarity with employer branding and online reputation monitoring is a plus
