We’re seeking a Systems Administrator to ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. In this hands-on role, you’ll maintain hardware, software, and network systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement new solutions that keep our organization running efficiently.

What You’ll Do
Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, and network devices
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot alerts or issues proactively
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including backups, updates, and patches
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
Collaborate with IT team members to identify and resolve system issues
Implement hardware and software solutions to meet organizational needs
Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network problems
Conduct security audits and implement measures to protect company data
Participate in special IT projects as assigned
What You Bring
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, XenServer)
Knowledge of Active Directory, SCCM, Exchange, PowerShell, Cisco Networking, and Citrix
Ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues and communicate solutions to non-technical users
Understanding of security best practices and experience implementing security measures
Relevant certifications a plus: AWS Cloud, MCSE, RHCE, CCNA, CompTIA
Education & Experience
Associate’s degree in IT required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
3–5 years of experience in a Systems Administrator or similar IT role
