- Light repairs for maintenance work orders - including electrical and plumbing
- Basic grounds maintenance
- Weeding, planting, mulch
- Trash and debris pickup
- Light snow removal, sweeping of entry ways
- Change of light bulbs
- Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate with people and be self-sufficient is a MUST
- Experience with basic maintenance concepts 1-2 years is preferred
- Some experience with grounds keeping or landscaping a plus
- Must be dependable and punctual with a clear background check
- Must have a reliable vehicle and set of tools
