Position Summary: HeliService USA is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead and take full ownership of the accounting function. This role will play a key part in strengthening financial operations by driving an efficient month-end close, enhancing internal controls, and delivering accurate, timely reporting for lenders, lessors, and executive leadership. As a build-and-own opportunity, the Controller will establish scalable processes and bring structure to support the company’s continued growth. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a lean, collaborative environment while maintaining a strategic, detail-oriented approach. |

Paid time off (PTO) for 5/2 schedule employees is 15 days annually, accrued throughout the year, and prorated during the first calendar year based on date of hire. |
