Senior Communications Partner to drive transformation

a strategic communicator with a knack for managing change and transformation.
Do you want to act as a trusted advisor for senior leadership and help them and
their organisations excel with their internal communication? If you can answer
‘yes’ to both of those questions, we have an open position in the internal
communications team at TDC Brands that might be right for you.
Core responsibilities
As Senior
Communications Partner, you will be the strategic communications lead for our
Technology and Finance organisations and their primary point of contact in the
Corporate Affairs department. You will partner closely with executive leaders
to support the rollout of the TDC Brands strategy and the delivery of
company-wide change programmes. Beyond this, you will manage communication
tracks for cross-functional transformation projects and help professionalise
our group of communications partners.
Your
tasks will include:
- Communications partnering for the Finance and Technology organisations, covering internal communications and change management
- Serving as the primary link between Finance, Technology, and Corporate Affairs
- Supporting the rollout of strategy while enhancing leadership communication and executive positioning
- Planning and executing communication initiatives aligned with business priorities
- Producing high-quality internal content across text and video formats, and reviewing content developed by other stakeholders
- Crafting talking points and slide decks for senior leaders
- Driving strategic, cross-functional transformation initiatives across TDC Brands
- Taking responsibility for internal communications training and capability building in the communications partner group
The
ideal candidate for the role will bring:
- Fluency in both English and Danish
- More than five years of experience in corporate communications
- Proven experience with strategic communications, executive advisory, and leadership enablement
- Extensive capabilities in change and transformation communication
- Solid project and change management skills, with the ability to lead initiatives from planning through delivery
- The ability to quickly build trust and navigate complex stakeholder landscapes with confidence
- Experience advising, challenging, and training executive leaders – also when messages need sharpening or difficult choices must be communicated
- A clear value-driven mindset, with the confidence to prioritise hard choices and say no to communication that does not create impact
- A deep understanding of technology and its capabilities, including practical experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar digital assistants
