Provide administrative support across the Network Operations Team
Responding to incoming telephone & Email requests from Customers, Zayo team sand 3rd parties
Raising and processing Tickets - Access, Trouble and Maintenance
Arranging and coordinating access to Zayo & 3rd party sites
Ticket queue management and coordination
Key Skills and Experience:
Proactive mindset & attitude to ensure customer satisfaction is in everything we do.
Pragmatic and analytical approach to problem solving
Confident and able to challenge existing processes.
Ability to communicate effectively with in & out-sourced suppliers or partners
Excellent communication; written & verbal
Outstanding confidence, initiative and organisational skills
Proficient in O365
Remain flexible and adaptable to any change in business needs or requirements
