DESCRIPTION: The position is a Social Studies Teacher at North Greene Junior-Senior High.  

QUALIFICATIONS: Illinois licensure required with endorsements in Middle School Social Studies.  

WORKING CONDITIONS:  The school is located approximately 20 miles North of Jerseyville and South of Jacksonville, and 45 miles north of Alton and southwest of Springfield on Highway 67.  The anticipated enrollment is 150 in grades 7-8 and 250 in grades 9-12. Salary is based on years of experience and education, partially paid health/life/dental insurance, district-paid portion of TRS, and opportunity for continuing education tuition reimbursement. There are several extra-curricular coaching and sponsorship positions available as well.
