Job Description:

The VP for Business Development – APAC Region is a strategic, high-performing commercial leader who will drive revenue growth and new client acquisition across APAC. This role expands our regional presence by delivering scalable recruitment and talent solutions while shaping commercial strategy and long-term client partnerships. The ideal candidate brings deep enterprise sales experience and proven expertise in offshore and multi‑country delivery models across APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Drive new business acquisition across APAC for RPO, project-based, hard-to-fill recruitment, and recruitment operations services.
  • Build and manage a strong APAC pipeline of midmarket and enterprise clients, leading consultative discussions with HR, TA, and Operations executives, market and enterprise clients, leading consultative discussions with HR, TA, and Operations executives.
  • Own the full sales lifecycle including discovery, solution design, pricing, proposals, negotiation, and contract closure.

Solution Design & Offshore Positioning

  • Partner with delivery, recruiting, and operations teams to design scalable, margin-aware solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Position Philippine-based and global delivery hubs as a competitive advantage while ensuring commercial commitments match delivery capacity and service standards.

Go-To-Market & Commercial Strategy

  • Contribute to ICP definition, pricing model refinement, value proposition development, and overall go-to-market strategy.
  • Support revenue forecasting, pipeline reviews, and regional commercial planning
  • Identify expansion and cross-sell opportunities across existing and affiliated client portfolios.

Market Awareness & Strategic Insight

  • Monitor regional trends in RPO, HR outsourcing, workforce solutions, and HR technology to inform strategic decisions and strengthen market competitiveness.

Qualifications:

1. At least 10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Growth roles

  • RPO or recruitment outsourcing
  • Talent acquisition or recruitment operations
  • HR services, people operations outsourcing, or BPO solutions.

2. Proven success selling services-based solutions across APAC markets.

3. Strong network within APAC with the ability to activate warm pipelines and executive relationships.

4. Track record managing complex, consultative sales cycles, and engaging C‑level stakeholders

5. Experience partnering with delivery and operations teams to design scalable, margin‑aware solutions aligned with commercial commitments.

6. Familiarity with ATS and HR technology ecosystems (e.g., Workday, Salesforce)

7. Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, forecasting, and commercial planning capabilities

8. Flexibility to collaborate with US and EMEA stakeholders; travel may be required.
