We are seeking a confident, strategic business developer with a proven history of closing, relationship building, and portfolio expansion — particularly within HOA, multi-family, and commercial real estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new business acquisition across Multi-Family, Commercial, and HOA portfolios
- Identify and secure new HOA management contracts and association partnerships
- Develop strategic relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and HOA boards
- Drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting and market positioning
- Maintain a robust pipeline and consistently close new management agreements
- Collaborate with executive leadership on expansion strategy
