Senior Business Development Broker



Multi-Family | Commercial | HOA Management



An established and highly respected property management firm with over 40 years of industry leadership is seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Broker to accelerate growth across our Multi-Family, Commercial, and HOA management divisions.



This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced industry professional to expand our market presence, secure new management contracts, and help shape the future of a well-established company with strong infrastructure and executive support.



We are seeking a confident, strategic business developer with a proven history of closing, relationship building, and portfolio expansion — particularly within HOA, multi-family, and commercial real estate sectors.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead new business acquisition across Multi-Family, Commercial, and HOA portfolios

  • Identify and secure new HOA management contracts and association partnerships

  • Develop strategic relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and HOA boards

  • Drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting and market positioning

  • Maintain a robust pipeline and consistently close new management agreements

  • Collaborate with executive leadership on expansion strategy
