Job Description

Empire Truck Sales, LLC is one of the largest Freightliner/Western Star Heavy Truck Dealerships in the Southeast. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Parts Warehouse Support Representative who is a self-starter, team player, and a quick learner for our dealership.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:



New Parts Warehouse




  • Load and unload inbound freight

  • Read invoices and pull customer part(s) orders

  • Verify each piece of freight shipped or received

  • Sort and locate each part and place in proper warehouse location

  • Deliver parts to service department as required

  • Drive delivery pick-up in Biloxi area

  • Ship freight/parts using various carriers

  • Maintain inventory cleanliness, accuracy, and organization



Core Parts Warehouse




  • Operate business systems (Empire, Daimler...) - create core return packing slips, purchase orders, and core shipment Bills of Laden

  • Identify cores and the acceptance criteria for all products

  • Unpack, check in, inspect, and repack pallets of cores according to the manufacturer guidelines

  • Complete weekly core inventory counts

  • Check in and locate warranty parts

  • Manage warranty storage area

  • Package and ship warranty parts per manufacturer guidelines

  • Maintain facility cleanliness and appearance to company standards

  • Manage bulk oil facility - use stationary pumps to fill 350-gallon oil totes

  • Ship oil totes to other branches

  • Complete weekly bulk oil inventory count

  • Complete DOT inspections of oil totes

  • Maintain cleanliness of the bulk oil facility

  • Operate overhead crane

  • Operate forklift
