Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing as needed.
• Select and mix paint colors to achieve desired finishes according to customer specifications.
• Apply paint, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to discuss project details and updates.
• Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and make adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Painter or similar role.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, colors, and materials.
• Ability to understand and follow safety regulations and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good physical condition and stamina for long hours of standing and working.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
