Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Location: 1000 Amble Drive, Charlotte, NC 28206 (On-site)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM start time

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities As a Landscape Crew Member, you are the face of our outdoor services. Our Landscapers take pride in their craft to ensure every client site looks pristine. Your daily tasks as a Groundskeeper will include:
Operating equipment for grass cutting, weedeating, and edging.
Enhancing landscapes through mulching, pruning, and planting shrubs.
Collaborating with your team to complete daily routes efficiently.
Other duties as assigned by your supervisor to keep our sites beautiful.
What You Bring To The Team
- Experience: 1-3 years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: A consistent 7:00 AM start time is vital for our crew’s success.
- Team Spirit: A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
