Position Options

We offer multiple ways to join based on your preferences and career goals:

1. W-2 Employee (Guaranteed Hourly)

  • $33–$41/hour (based on experience)
  • Guaranteed hours
  • Benefits eligible at 20+ hours/week

2. W-2 Employee (Pay Per Visit)

  • $50–$76/hour (paid per completed visit)
  • Benefits eligible at 20+ hours/week

3. Contractor/PRN (1099)

  • $60/hour (sessions), $80/evaluation
  • Flexible scheduling, no benefits

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to support each child’s communication goals
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized, engaging treatment plans
  • Deliver therapy that blends clinical expertise with creativity and play
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and families

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Texas SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Pediatric experience (including internships or CFY)
  • Passion for helping children and families thrive
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
