About Skyfall AI

Skyfall is building a world class AI Research team in order to achieve Enterprise Super Intelligence (ESI).

We truly believe that some of the most influential breakthroughs in science and technology have come not from those entrenched in existing paradigms, but from researchers who are willing to question foundational assumptions. At Skyfall, we carry that conviction into our research, where, much of the field has converged on scaling LLMs as the primary path to intelligence, we see a more principled opportunity in integrating the semantic richness of LLMs with the structural reasoning capabilities of world models. As such, we are developing Enterprise Foundational Models (EWMs) that can understand, simulate, and act across complex enterprise systems. 


And no, this is not the first time we have taken a different approach or built a company from the ground up. Skyfall was founded by the original Maluuba team, pioneers of the deep learning revolution who worked closely with leaders such as Yoshua Bengio and Richard Sutton before Maluuba’s $160M acquisition by Microsoft, where it became Microsoft’s AI research center in Canada.


We are building the next foundation layer for enterprise AI.



About the role


  • We’re building the Claude Code for non-technical work which is an AI GTM agent that helps solopreneurs, startups, and small business owners automate all the non-technical work: sales, marketing, hiring and operations. We have conviction in the product and now need someone to own the entire go-to-market motion from zero.


  • As our Founding GTM Lead, you’ll be the first dedicated go-to-market hire. You’ll own everything from finding our first paying customers to building the content engine on X and outbound motion that gets us to revenue. You’ll work directly with the founders every day.


We are aiming to hit $100M ARR within 12 months of launch and you will help us get there.


What you will do 


There is no playbook. This is a zero-to-one role.


  • Find our people, community-first distribution. Show up where solopreneurs already are online (X, Reddit, Slack groups) as well as offline meetups in the Bay Area.

  • Give walkthrough demos to users, converting them into first customers.

  • Build the content that resonates with SMB operators, test multiple channels, and a goal of finding 2–3 scalable acquisition channels.

  • Set up the GTM stack (CRM, analytics, attribution) so we know what to double down on.

  • Feed everything back to the product. Your insights shape what we build next.



Requirements

Who You Are


  • 2 to 4 years in GTM, growth, sales, or partnerships at an early-stage startup

  • You’ve built something from scratch before, not just inherited a playbook

  • You can craft a cold message, write a thread, and tell a compelling story

  • You should be data driven, set KPIs, track what matters, and make fast decisions from the numbers

  • Bonus: you’ve sold to SMBs, used AI tools yourself, or you’ve been the buyer
