About the role

We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager  to drive growth for the Ventomatic product line across India. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and expand our presence in one of the world’s fastest-growing cement and building materials markets.

This is a highly visible, customer-facing role with direct impact on regional sales performance.

About the department   

The  team supports the regional sales organization by driving product line growth and delivering tailored solutions to customers. The team works closely with regional sales managers, technical experts, and proposal teams to ensure competitive, high-quality offerings aligned with customer needs.

Your  Responsibilities :

  • Drive regional sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities across India

  • Own and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders

  • Execute sales strategies aligned with regional targets and market conditions

  • Collaborate with technical and proposal teams to develop competitive and customized solutions

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities

  • Contribute to pricing strategies in line with company guidelines and market dynamics

  • Support the development of marketing and sales initiatives to strengthen market presence

  • Strong and continuously growing sales pipeline

  • Expansion of customer base and increased market penetration

  • Successful positioning of Ventomatic solutions in both new projects and upgrade opportunities

  • High level of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships

You bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B industrial sales (cement or building materials industry preferred)

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex sales cycles

  • Strong understanding of the Indian cement and building materials market and key customer segments

  • Experience in technical solution selling and working with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach

  • Willingness to travel within the region
