Responsibilities

• Clear communication with all dealership staff, customers, and outside vendors

• Pulls and fills orders from stock

• Locates out-of-stock parts and submits emergency orders when necessary

• Follow up on back-ordered parts

• Ensure that all requests are billed on proper orders

• Sets up shipments for delivery or pickup

• Participates in maintaining a tracking system for lost sales

• Bills sublet parts with proper markup

Qualifications

• Automotive parts experience required (1 year)

• Valid Driver's License

• Bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, and standing for prolonged periods

• Attention to detail

• Time management

• Warehouse experience

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
