About The Role



  • Ensure that statutory reporting is completed in compliance manner and on timely basis.

  • Ensure that group reporting is completed in compliant manner and on timely basis.

  • Ensure completion of limited review and audits with quality and controls on a timely basis.

  • Perform basic analysis on the financial statement


 


How Will You Do It



  • Finalize of accounts & Statutory audit of BIL on quarterly basis and on yearly basis (including liaison with PwC)

  • Explain the financial performance of BIL to external Board members during Audit Committee and Board Meetings

  • Prepare finance forecasts for BIL

  • Ensure adequacy, efficiency and effectiveness of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (with BASC, ZFR/FC) 

  • Manage group reporting of BIL on monthly basis (including preparation of express report)

  • Provide support in terms of Non trade portal 

  • Manage financial statement review preparation 

  • Provide data for CEQ - FRC

  • Prepare the Corporate Governance folder on quarterly bas is for BIL Board reporting


 


What We Look For
 



  • Education: Chartered Accountant

  • Working Experience: 5 years+ ( experience with MNC & /or Big 4 audit firms is a must)

  • Technical & Professional Knowledge:  Up-to-date and Expert know-how of Indian and IFRS accounting standards and local regulations (e.g, Companies Act, Listing Agreement etc.)
