**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to women, infants, and children, supporting families through pregnancy, postpartum, and early childhood. You will perform health assessments, develop and implement care plans, provide health education, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote the physical, emotional, and development well-being of patients. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to improving maternal and child health outcomes in the community.




**Qualifications:**

- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas

- Experience or specialization in maternal and child health preferred

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Commitment to patient-centered care and health equity.




**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

- Conduct maternal and child health assessments, include prenatal and postnatal care

- Monitor growth, development, and immunization status of infants and children

- Provide health education, counseling, and support to families on nutrition, breastfeeding, and disease prevention.

- Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care

- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protocols

- Participate in community outreach and health promotion initiatives.
