Key Responsibilities:

1.      Strategic Leadership: Partner with key executives of subsidiaries/business lines to architect business strategies, design product roadmaps, define brand differentiation, and co-lead high-impact strategic decisions.

2.      Market-Driven Execution: Conduct deep financial market analysis and collaborate with local teams to develop agile, data-informed marketing strategies aligned with macroeconomic trends.

3.      Performance Architecture: Design and implement KPI frameworks that balance short-term execution with sustainable market health.

4.      Value Optimization: Develop pricing models and competitive positioning strategies to maximize revenue while achieving strategic objectives.

5.      Growth Catalyst: Identify and evaluate inorganic growth opportunities (M&A, partnerships, JVs), taking lead of due diligence and supporting strategic investment execution.

6.      Executive Alignment: Interface directly with the Group Decision Committee to align regional strategy with global priorities and execute mission-critical initiatives.
