Job Summary
Responsible for full processing of all pre-production orders, delivering information and resolving issues in an accurate and timely manner, while supporting good relationships with both internal and external customers.
Essential Functions

- Pulls all pre-production parts for trial orders/requests (TTC orders, pre-production trial orders, production trial orders)
- Utilities Customer Service functions in Oracle to key in/book TTC orders.
- Coordinates with Receiving/Shipping to get production level parts, components, materials for orders
- Moves pre-production parts from “trial-area” to pre-production area
- Coordinates shipment of material to tool shops as directed by Project Engineering
- Assembles pre-production parts and packing parts in pre-defined packaging for shipments
- Coordinates shipping pre-production orders audited in time to meet shipping deadlines
- Controls inventory in pre-production area
- Inputs inventory into Oracle as needed. Coordinates with PC/Shipping/Receiving for material transfers
- Assist MFG trial tech during in-house trials if swing-gate/material insert molding is needed
- Assist MFG/PC as needed for utility assignments
- Assist PE with scanning/filing paperwork
