Product Operations – SR.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Product Operations SR Analyst to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will manage the creation, configuration, and operation of OTT apps for our clients, ensuring seamless delivery, smooth integrations, and excellent user experiences. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, optimizing processes, and driving measurable growth.

Our team is a dynamic, collaborative group where Marketing, Product Operations, and Sales work together to attract, educate, and convert clients, including both end users and other businesses. You’ll collaborate across teams and have a real impact on how our apps perform and how our clients succeed.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate daily with Sales, IT, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
  • Receive requirements from other departments (Business Development, Sales, Marketing), document the workflow, and execute actions.
  • Create new apps on our SaaS portal: upload logos/images, configure features, DRM, and finalize app packages.
  • Repackage apps and new versions for different devices; guide clients through app submission to Apple Store, Google Play, Samsung & LG Stores.
  • Coordinate and support third-party integrations (ERPs, payment gateways, CRMs, plugins), documenting processes and ensuring smooth operation.
  • Ensure payment processes are functioning efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze app performance metrics and user activity.
  • Identify and resolve data and configuration anomalies, maintaining high system integrity.
  • Support daily troubleshooting, bug fixing, and general app support.
  • Provide system administration: manage user permissions, custom objects, and workflows.
  • Create and maintain documentation for processes, policies, app configurations, and help materials.
  • Upload and organize content in new apps and regularly manage VOD content uploads.
  • Conduct daily testing to ensure apps function smoothly.
