Northern Lights Rehab and Long-Term Care is a facility with 30+ patients. Our Northern Lights Rehab and Long-Term Care team consists of world class healthcare professionals. We are a proud member of the Minot community. Northern Lights Rehab and Long-Term Care is seeking a qualified, dedicated and compassionate LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse).

Job Description:

• Monitor, plan and implement the nursing care of residents within the facility under direction of a RN.

• Ensure continuity of care of residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by C.N.A.s and support staff members.

• Participate in resident and family education.

• Serve as resident advocate with focus on the facility's mission.

Qualifications for LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) :

• Current/valid North Dakota LPN license/registration
