DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Bartender: setup and cleanup of bar, preparation of mixed drinks, order taking, operate POS system.


• Server: set up and cleanup of lounge, order taking, serving drinks, and clearing tables.


• Manage trash and recycling.


• Communicating safety and social distancing protocols to guests.


• Other duties as assigned.
