About the job:
Job Purpose & Objectives
Responsible for back office support for Operations functions, covering GTB and Corporate products, including loans, trades and deposits. his includes processing, servicing, accounting, reporting functions, and customer service. Ensure timely and smooth settlement for transactions and provide appropriate and adequate customer support. Communicate with Sales and Hub to promote efficient and correct work flow, establish positive working relationships across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
To monitor and control trade and loan transaction documentation review and minimize the error rate
To review and manage bank credit facility required documentation
To review and control customer loan documentation and escalate any non-compliance case
To control and manage collaterals
To review and control the credit facility and limit usage
To monitor end-to-end work flow to ensure all transactions are promptly processed to maintain the high service quality
To monitor and control the bank and regulatory policy/regulations are properly complied with
To monitor and control the implementation of international and domestic anti-money laundry and sanction policy
To prepare and submit local regulatory reports to JCIC, CBC and FEB
To provide internal and other ad hoc reports as requested
To monitor and control the implementation of operational risk self-assessment process
To support other Operations function as requested by management (ie, backup Global Markets Operations, KYC Onboarding, etc)
Qualification & Experience
Minimum 5 years of sole experience in Taiwan banking business, especially in area of trade and loan
Company settlement and operation management, not only product knowledge but also communication skill and capability
Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge in corporate banking, such as receivable financing, guarantees, export financing, LC, etc
Taiwan regulatory requirements (ratios/limits, regulatory reporting and etc.)
PC literacy (Microsoft Office including Excel, Google Suite and AI tools such as Gemini)
Language
Fluency in written and spoken English & Mandarin
Other Skills (e.g. Interpersonal, Communication etc)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-oriented
Well-organized and meticulous in details
Ability to work under pressure
