Location: Rainham
Hours: 40 hours per week 12 month FTC

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

Join our team as a Resident Liaison Officer and become a vital part of our operations, ensuring effective communication and engagement with residents during fire safety remediation and recladding projects. Working closely with project managers, contractors, and site teams, you'll support smooth project delivery by minimising disruption and addressing residents' concerns promptly. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives whilst being part of a collaborative and supportive team environment.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you'll be working within the operations and delivery team, supporting them in ensuring successful project delivery with minimal disruption to residents. Your day to day will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for resident queries and concerns, working closely with the operations team to resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintaining positive relationships with residents, clients, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinating with project managers and site teams to align resident engagement activities with project schedules
  • Keeping accurate records of resident interactions and providing regular reports on engagement status and any concerns
  • Informing residents about works programmes, access requirements, and safety protocols in a clear and timely manner

What are we looking for?

This role of Resident Liaison Officer is great for you if:

  • You have experience working in a similar role, delivering first-class customer service in either the public or private sector
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse groups
  • You're highly organised with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail
  • You can respond flexibly to changing priorities and manage your own workload effectively
  • You're confident using IT systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email
