We're looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our Kier Places team based in London.
Location: Rainham
Hours: 40 hours per week 12 month FTC

Join our team as a Resident Liaison Officer and become a vital part of our operations, ensuring effective communication and engagement with residents during fire safety remediation and recladding projects. Working closely with project managers, contractors, and site teams, you'll support smooth project delivery by minimising disruption and addressing residents' concerns promptly. What will you be responsible for?
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you'll be working within the operations and delivery team, supporting them in ensuring successful project delivery with minimal disruption to residents. Your day to day will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for resident queries and concerns, working closely with the operations team to resolve issues efficiently
- Maintaining positive relationships with residents, clients, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinating with project managers and site teams to align resident engagement activities with project schedules
- Keeping accurate records of resident interactions and providing regular reports on engagement status and any concerns
- Informing residents about works programmes, access requirements, and safety protocols in a clear and timely manner

- You have experience working in a similar role, delivering first-class customer service in either the public or private sector
- You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse groups
- You're highly organised with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail
- You can respond flexibly to changing priorities and manage your own workload effectively
- You're confident using IT systems including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email
