Position Details
Operational Design / Change Management / Configuration Management / Incident Management / Operation Flow Creation
Planning of service strategy and service design in operation for each service level
Analysis of the current situation for organizing IT system operations
Operation improvement proposals and their execution based on indentation
Construction of necessary operation system and planning / planning of operation rules
Smooth negotiations and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
Mandatory Qualifications:
System operation experience (5 years or more)
Management experience of team, or similar experience (3 years or more)
IT process design and improvement experience (3 years or more)
Logical thinking ability, flexibility and multitasking resistance
Excellent facilitation and presentation ability
Aggressiveness and initiative
Excellent negotiation / communication skills with stakeholder
Desired Qualifications:
In-house system operation experience
Management experience of development project, or similar experience
Business application operation experience in financial systems
ITIL Expert holder

You will be responsible for the quality control banking system from system requirements definition to system operation as a member of the system quality assurance department.
Main responsibilities are reviewing and faults management. Regarding the review, it includes product inspection and face-to-face review of the system development projects to confirm that each development process has progressed in accordance with the standard development process. Regarding the fault management, it include the life cycle management from detection to countermeasures finishing analyze the trend of root cause of faults, etc.
In addition, as a checking department, if there are issues or adjustments, you also will be responsible for informing relevant departments and encouraging them to make improvements.
Position Details
Manage process quality from requirements definition to system release, and check that each development process is progressing according to the standard development process.
Review development products such as requirements definition documents, design documents, test cases and inspect the product quality of each development process.
Quality analysis and evaluation for test. Example: Analyze quality risk with defect convergence, defect analysis, etc.
Perform quality judgment based on inspection results and analyze results of process and product quality, and instruct quality improving measures.
Analyze the cause of system faults (include faults of application, infrastructure, operation) those have occurred after the release, and provide the countermeasures.
Mandatory Qualifications:
More than 1 years of software quality control work experience (QA) at a system company or at least 3 years of experience in system test planning, test design
Quality analysis skill
Ability of summarization and Japanese writing skills
Good communication skills, voluntary and positive
Desired Qualifications:
Working experience at the financial institution
Experience in system development
Have test qualifications such as JSTQB
