Madiff is looking for a commercially strong Business Manager with a proven track record in opening new accounts, winning enterprise clients, and growing profitable revenue in the IT consulting and IT contracting market.
This role is for a true rainmaker. You will be responsible for bringing in new business, building strategic client relationships, closing contracts, and expanding accounts across Madiff’s core technology services and AI Factory offering.
You should already know how this market works. We are looking for someone who understands bodyshopping, IT contracting, staff augmentation, and technology services, and who knows how to turn client demand into signed business and long term account growth.
Responsibilities
- Open new customer accounts and generate new revenue for Madiff
- Build a strong pipeline of target clients across sectors such as banking, insurance, fintech, telecom, retail, and other enterprise environments
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and first contact through meetings, qualification, offer preparation, negotiation, contract signature, and account growth
- Win business across Madiff’s core services including software engineering, cloud, data, Infrastructure, DevOps, architecture, project delivery, and IT consulting
- Drive commercial growth of Madiff’s AI Factory services, including AI strategy, GenAI solutions, AI agents, process automation, internal AI assistants, and AI driven business transformation services
- Build strong relationships with decision makers, hiring managers, procurement teams, and senior business and technology stakeholders
- Negotiate pricing, margins, contracts, and cooperation models in line with Madiff’s commercial objectives
- Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure fast, high quality execution and strong client conversion
- Identify cross sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts and turn them into additional revenue streams
- Maintain strong ownership of pipeline, forecasts, CRM discipline, and overall commercial performance
Requirements
- Minimum 4 to 12 years of proven experience in bodyshopping, IT contracting, staff augmentation, IT services, technology services, or a closely related commercial environment
- Proven experience in opening new accounts and building revenue from zero, not only managing existing accounts
- Strong understanding of the IT market, technology roles, delivery models, and recruitment driven sales
- Clear ability to win clients, close contracts, and grow accounts in a competitive market
- Commercial confidence in negotiating rates, margins, contract terms, and long term partnership structures
- Ability to work independently, build momentum quickly, and deliver against clear sales targets
- Very strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Fluency in Polish and English
- Experience or strong interest in AI related services would be a strong advantage
- Extensive network in C+ level positions and IT Managers within large corporations in Poland and Outside
