Job Description

Kore Autism Services is committed to providing functional, creative, and high-quality applied behavior analysis (ABA) services across Houston, TX. Since 2022 our team has provided in-home and community-based ABA, developing authentic relationships with our clients and supporting one another clinically. Kore is experiencing a transformation with the opening of our first center in spring 2026.

About the Role

The Center Director is responsible for overseeing daily center operations and provides clinical leadership through supervision of client caseloads, development and implementation of individualized treatment programs, and direct supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). In this role, you will support staff development through coaching and performance feedback in collaboration with center leadership as well as partner with and coach client families.

This position is a full-time, in person BCBA role in Bellaire, TX, based out of our new center.

The salary for this position is $95,000-$105,000/year.

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operational functions of the designated center to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery.

  • Collaborate with Kore Autism Services leadership to ensure consistent high-quality care.

  • Provide clinical support and consultation to Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, credential monitoring, and supervision of RBT staff.

  • Supervise and manage an assigned caseload of clients, an average of 20 billable hours per week.

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of systems used to track, retain, and report data for monitoring program effectiveness and client progress.

  • Conduct tours for prospective client families providing a welcoming and informative overview of the center and services offered.

  • Coach and collaborate with client family members to identify opportunities to incorporate new skills into daily routines and home environments and assist in service coordination.

  

Role Requirements

  • Master's degree in applied behavior analysis or related field

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Texas

  • TX Medicaid ID #

  • 3 years of experience directly supervising and working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
