Job Summary: The Correspondence Management Analyst is responsible for overseeing the flow of internal and external communications within PFPA. This includes receiving, reviewing, routing, and archiving high-volume correspondence while ensuring adherence to agency protocols and timelines.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Log, track, and route incoming and outgoing official correspondence.
  • Coordinate document review and approval cycles across PFPA offices.
  • Prepare summaries, taskers, and reports related to correspondence status.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems in compliance with agency policies.
  • Support workflow management and ensure timely responses to external stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of high-level office support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and correspondence tracking systems.
  • Strong written communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Active Secret clearance
