We are seeking a Contract Administration & Operations Intern to join our team and support the contract migration and transfer of organizing customer contracts into a new contract lifecycle management system used within our organization supporting clinical research.

 

As a part‑time intern, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to review contract documents, extract and input key data fields, and ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper categorization within the new system. In addition to contract migration, the intern will provide general administrative and operational support across the business, gaining exposure to the medical distribution industry.

 

What will you do?



  • Migrate customer contracts from a legacy platform into a contract lifecycle management (CLM) system 
  • Review contracts to identify and extract key terms, dates, and data fields 
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of contract records 
  • Organize and maintain digital contract files in accordance with company standards 
  • Flag discrepancies or missing information and escalate as needed 



Qualifications



  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college/university program (Business, Healthcare Administration, Legal Studies, Supply Chain, or related field preferred) 
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow defined procedures and work instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy and reliability in daily tasks.
  • Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and contribute to team objectives.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
