As we enter our peak storm restoration season, we are looking for a high-energy Junior Recruiter to help us find, screen, and hire the sales talent that drives our business. isn't just about filing paperwork—you are a talent scout. You will be the first point of contact for future $150k+ earners, helping them discover a life-changing career path while you build your own in HR and Recruiting.

What You’ll Do (The Mission)

  • Pipeline Mastery: Source "hungry" candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and local networking.
  • Screen for Grit: Conduct 5–10 high-quality video interviews daily to identify candidates with the drive to succeed in door-to-door sales.
  • Manage the Flow: Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) organized and ensure no great candidate falls through the cracks.
  • Candidate Experience: Be the face of Heritage. Educate candidates on our uncapped commission structure and the massive potential of the roofing industry.
  • Represent at Career Fairs: Attend local college, military, and/or community job fairs to scout for high-potential sales talent.

Who You Are

  • Experienced (A Little): You have 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or high-volume staffing.
  • A Great Communicator: You can "sell" a career opportunity and build instant rapport over video.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable navigating/updating an ATS and sourcing across multiple platforms.
  • Organized: You can handle 20+ candidates in flight at once without losing track of details.
  • Local: You are ready to work in-office here in Cedar Park, TX.
