Executive Assistant to EVP, Strategic Planning

YOUR TASKS

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and strategically minded
Executive Assistant (EA) to support the Executive Vice President of FORVIA HELLA
Electronics China. This is a combination role of management assistant and
strategic planning (SP).

A: Executive Assistant

1. Global Board meeting PPT/report preparation/coordination within timing & quality
    a. Support/coordinate on the List of Problems (LOP) & other topics from Global Board
    b. Support/coordinate on the FORVIA Group presentation (eg. ExCom meeting)
    c. Other open topics from General Shareholders' Assembly

 2. Local Management Meeting preparation/organization &LOP tracking within timing & quality

    a. FORVIA HELLA Electronics China Core Management Meeting
    b. FORVIA HELLA Electronics China Townhall meeting
    c. FORVIA HELLA Electronics China Management Workshop

3. Support on Calendar management and business-related
topics topics/ LOPs

    a. Calendar management for EVP FORVIA HELLA Electronics China & Budget planning for FORVIA HELLA Electronics China Leadership cost center within timing & quality
    b. Other meeting organization for FORVIA HELLA Electronics China
    c. Keep tracking business LOP and open business-related topics in general and update regular on the status to EVP FORVIA HELLA Electronics China

B: Support/ coordinate on Strategy Planning/China
Strategy projects/workshop/ OKR

1. Coordinate/execution FORVIA HELLA Electronics China Strategy
Planning -> Preparation, coordination and roll out of Strategy Planning
process within timing & quality.
2. Participate/ coordinate on FORVIA HELLA Electronics China
focused business and strategy projects (e.g. increase on Chinese customer
share, Competition/benchmarking analysis, JV/cooperate with right partners).
3. Support and coordinate the region OKR (e.g. workshop,
driven output, report)


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Bachelor’s degree, with experience in Automotive industry.
  2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar large multinational company with matrix organization. Providing high-level support to VPs, or Heads of Business in a fast-paced, multinational corporate environment is a plus.
  3. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  4. Exceptional English proficiency (written and spoken). 
  5. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel). Exceptional ability to consolidate data from multiple sources into clear, executive-level presentations.
  6. High level of emotional intelligence, and the ability to handle highly confidential information (e.g., Board materials) with the utmost integrity.
  7. A proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs, removes roadblocks, and drives execution independently.
  8. Proven track record in business strategic planning. With hands-on experience in market analysis, strategy formulation, and OKR management is preferred.
