Job Description

Technical Support Specialist I 

Ready to work in an exciting environment with a great close-knit team?

ProdataKey is a growing Utah technology company. We have an immediate need for a Technical Support Specialist in our support center providing telephone support to ProdataKey dealers.

The proper candidate will possess excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills. Knowledge of low voltage wiring, networking, security equipment, or door hardware is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound dealer support calls.
  • Utilize support processes to streamline the customer support experience.
  • Manage processes around: Validate and authorize defect reports on issues found.
  • Enter RMAs.
  • Chat monitoring.
  • Document creation for dealer self-help knowledge-base.
  • Other special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills; Verbal, Written, Phone.
  • Previous support management of team or teams
  • Low Voltage, Networking, Security Equipment, or Door Hardware experience a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Proficient in Google (Docs, Email, Calendar, Etc)
