Position Overview:
We are hiring a Professional for the role of “Future
Sales Leader” who is highly ambitious and self-driven with a passion for a
career in sales and a hunger for success. This role is designed for someone who
envisions themselves evolving into a Strategic BDM, Head of Sales or Chief
Sales Officer in the coming years. With direct mentorship from the board and
shareholders, the right candidate will have an unparalleled opportunity to grow

Key Roles and Responsibilities
· New Business Acquisition: Aggressively hunt for new accounts,
leveraging market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify
opportunities.
· High-Impact Sales Execution: Close high-value deals, ensuring
consistent revenue growth and profitability.
· Market Research and develop GTM
strategy: Analyse
data and trends to identify new growth opportunities and markets.
· Public Sector & Enterprise
Sales: Drive
business development with large enterprises and public sector clients,
understanding their procurement processes and sales cycles.
· Strategic Sales Initiatives: Develop and execute sales
strategies for high-growth markets, particularly in Africa.
· Engagement with Multilateral
Organizations: Navigate and build relationships with institutions like World Bank, IFC,
European Union, USAID, and similar organizations to drive revenue
opportunities.
· Leadership Development: Work closely with senior
leadership, receiving direct mentorship to prepare for a future executive role.
· Integrity & Ethical Selling: Maintain the highest standards of
integrity while executing aggressive sales strategies.

Requirements
- Management Graduate from a top-tier
global business school (Eg: IIM) is MUST. - Experience:
0-2 years of experience in IT sales experience focused on hunting,
acquiring new accounts, and competitive market analysis. Fresh management graduates
from premium institutes are encouraged to apply. - Strategic Thinking: Ability to
develop and implement long-term sales initiatives that align with business
goals. - Ambition & Drive: Highly
self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of thriving in a competitive
