As a Continuous Improvement Co-Op, you will work on teams to improve Kanban System to achieve more consistent production rates.

This position is for a Summer/Fall 2026 Co-Op, with a start date of May 2026 and running through the fall semester.

What You�ll Do:

Continuous Improvements

  • Work on teams to improve Kanban System to achieve more consistent production rates.
  • Participate in multiple Kaizen Events to reduce inefficiencies and improve employee morale.
  • Lead 6S organizational events help employees better organize their work areas.
  • Participate in Value Stream Mapping Events to identify opportunities to drive future improvements.

What You�ll Bring:

  • Minimum 2.5 GPA (must be on resume)
  • Major study in:
    • Industrial Engineering
    • Industrial Technology
    • Mechanical Engineering
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Hands-on experience using tools preferred
