Job Description



We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Summer Intern to join our Legal Operations team. This role offers hands-on experience supporting the systems, processes, and data that underpin a fast-paced legal and compliance function. Over the course of the 8-week program, the intern will gain exposure to contract management, entity governance, and operational process improvement within a growing organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in legal, compliance, or business operations to develop practical skills while contributing to meaningful, real-world projects.



 



Key Responsibilities




  • Review contracts to identify active vs. inactive agreements and maintain accurate records

  • Support migration of contracts across systems and track key terms (e.g., expirations, renewals)

  • Populate and maintain data for 200+ legal entities within an entity management system

  • Assist in transitioning entity tracking from Excel to a centralized database

  • Audit corporate documents to ensure completeness and organization

  • Gather entity information for KYC requests (e.g., ownership, control, documentation)

  • Perform high-volume, detail-oriented data entry across systems

  • Execute clearly defined projects independently and meet deadlines

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners supporting system implementation

  • Participate in intern programming including lunch & learns and networking opportunities



 



Qualifications




  • Junior or Senior status pursuing a bachelor’s degree

  • Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across all levels of the organization

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

  • Resourceful, proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
