Job Description

The Sales Enablement Specialist is a dynamic, results-driven role focused on supporting Strategic Account Managers across existing and new customers while actively contributing to revenue growth.

This position provides administrative, operational, and client-facing support within a fast-paced media technology environment. The Sales Enablement Specialist ensures smooth sales processes, accurate documentation, and effective communication between internal teams and external clients, helping drive both revenue performance and customer satisfaction.

Success in this role requires an energetic, articulate, and goal-oriented professional who is comfortable engaging with customers, driving pipeline activity, and supporting the company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Manage and maintain accurate client, lead, and opportunity data within CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Coordinate contract preparation and order processing in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Liaise with internal departments—including Marketing, Product, Finance, and Technical teams—to support sales initiatives.
  • Assist in supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of all Vizrt products, upgrades, updates, and competitive offerings.
  • Deliver professional, clear, and customer-focused communication in all client interactions.
  • Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, follow-ups on leads, and digital inquiries as required by the Sales team.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by providing accurate and detailed information and resolving questions.
  • Identify upsell opportunities to expand product and service adoption and maximize revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong sales pipelines, including collaboration with channel partners.
  • Identify key decision-makers within opportunities to help accelerate the sales process.
  • Create and deliver qualified sales opportunities for effective handoff to the broader sales team.
  • Address and overcome customer objections with confidence and professionalism.
  • Consistently represent and communicate Vizrt’s brand values and corporate identity.
