In 2019, Ward Home joined the Auberle family and has three programs in our Young Adult Services Department.



 



Program Description:



Auberle provides housing services and programming across the agency. Services include, but are not limited to, Rapid Re-Housing, Family Emergency Shelter, and other homeless services as needed and defined by Auberle, Allegheny County and the federal department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).



 



Position Title and Overview



Program Manager



 



 




  • Provide high quality supervision and guidance to program supervisors to ensure programs operate effectively.

  • Actively monitor all team members’ productivity, provide supervision, feedback, and other performance improvement steps as needed to ensure individual and team goals are met.

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of data reporting and successful program monitoring.

  • Participate in monthly finance meetings, manage progress towards budget goals and expenditures.

  • Assures all relevant information pertaining to programs is disseminated to appropriate parties in a timely fashion.

  • Monitor program staffing needs and lead the hiring and onboarding processes .

  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, landlords, service providers, and agencies to enhance housing opportunities and support services for participants.



Location and Travel Requirements:



This position is primarily located in McKeesport. All positions are also expected to come to training, meetings, and other events at Main Campus in McKeesport, as scheduled.



 



The travel required for this position is frequent.
