Outbound Lead

Job Details:

Expected Pay:  $22 - $25/hr

Hours: Day Shift, M-F

Type of Work: Full-Time

Location: 1365 S Van Buren Way, Anaheim, CA 92806 

Job Requirements:

• At least 2 years working experience in warehouse roles
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and oral communication skills
• Ability to work well in a dynamic environment with a high degree of multi-tasking
• Proficient with computer and cell phone applications
• Work productively with minimal supervision
• Can do, positive demeanor

What You’ll Do:

• Build waves and assign work to outbound team.
• Oversee picking and packing warehouse associates.
• Problem solve and resolve issues.
• Prepare outbound shipments and BOLs for daily pickups.
• BEC orders.
• Support warehouse manager.
• Train new employees.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements: 

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs 
• Must be able to move with full mobility and be on your feet throughout the work shift.
