We are looking for fun-loving and caring individuals to join our team to mentor and provide support for autistic individuals in the Madison, WI area. No experience is required- we will provide all training. We are looking for candidates that can be with us for more than one semester (prefer one year).

Position Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma and have a reliable vehicle
• Excellent communication skills, compassionate, patient and enjoy working with children and young adults
• Must be able to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, run and lift up to 50lbs
• Prefer candidates that can stay with us for at least one year

Position Details:

• You will engage and play with clients while following a therapy program which will be developed for you

• You will work 1:1 with clients in their home or community setting. Sessions usually run 2-4 hours long

• Shifts available Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6:30pm as well as weekends
