Open Roles: Pre-K Teacher
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday Only

We’re searching for energetic and caring teachers to join our talented team! At our Academy, we inspire children to become lifelong learners through our play-based curriculum. Our affectionate and nurturing staff ensure children are supported, safe, and encouraged to succeed. If you’re passionate about making a difference in early childhood education, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that nurture the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children.

  • Guide infants, toddlers, and preschoolers through daily routines including feeding, changing, nap time, and play-based learning.

  • Foster curiosity, independence, and readiness for kindergarten.

  • Communicate openly with parents and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high-quality classroom environment.

  • Support classroom management and assist leadership in meeting program goals.

What You Bring

  • Age/Education: Must be 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience: Prior early childhood education experience preferred (but not required)
  • Requirements: Must successfully pass a background check, complete a medical physical, and finish state-mandated online trainings
