Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused Client Services Associate to support Advisors and help deliver a strong client experience in our Westwood, MA office. In this role, you’ll assist with client requests, account opening, reporting, and meeting coordination.

You’ll serve as a point of contact for clients and prospects while helping keep day-to-day operations organized and running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s proactive, organized, and eager to grow within a client service team.

For nearly 40 years, Savant Wealth Management has served as a trusted advisor to established individuals, families, and businesses seeking clarity and confidence in their financial lives. We are a fee-only, independent, fiduciary wealth management firm providing comprehensive guidance on investments, financial planning, tax and business consulting, estate planning, trust services, and family office support. At the heart of our firm is a culture of lifelong learning—one that values curiosity, continuous improvement, and helps our clients build their ideal futures. If you want to be part of a culture that is defined by strong values - Savant is right for you.

The Client Services Associate can expect to focus in the following areas:

  • Provides first line of contact with clients and prospects with a professional approach; answers and directs incoming calls and supports routine client needs in a timely manner while reflecting Savant’s philosophies.

  • Manages client information—prepares client reports, submits and follows up on necessary paperwork, and maintains accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce while documenting client interactions and completing client and internal requests.

  • Supports account opening and facilitates completion of client applications and transfer documents in a seamless manner.

  • Knowledgeable of various custodial relationships and able to navigate complexities in a simple way working with clients.

  • Troubleshoots problems, schedules and organizes meetings, and serves as a liaison between Advisors and Clients as needed.

  • Prepares for upcoming meetings, including assembling materials, and preparing reports.

  • Proofreads reports, documentation, and electronic data for errors

  • Serves as back up to others within Client Services as needed, maintaining a team-first approach by assisting and filling in where needed.

A couple things to note about our Client Services Associate position:

  • This position is based out of our office in Westwood, MA.

  • The schedule is Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

  • There is an opportunity to discuss a hybrid schedule with your supervisor following the training period (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
