As a Software Engineer III (.NET), you will:

  • Lead the design and development of complex software systems, architecting solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.
  • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and technical excellence within the team.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and technical feasibility, contributing to project planning and execution.
  • Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and system limitations, implementing strategies for optimization and improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience; 5+ years of progressive experience in software development with demonstrated leadership skills.
