MP&F Strategic Communications is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Marketing coordinators are an important part of the MP&F team and work on a variety of client teams to execute digital and traditional marketing and advertising campaigns. Each day looks a little different, building a strong skill set in all aspects of the industry while learning to thrive in an agency setting. The ideal candidate would have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business. Previous internship experience is preferred. This role is based in Nashville, TN and we operate on a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of three days in the office.
Responsibilities include:
Marketing Support:

Assist in the planning and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns

Develop social media content, email campaigns, blog content and SEO-focused website content

Support the development of traditional marketing campaign collateral (flyers, direct mail, signage, etc.)

Assist with the development and launch of advertising campaigns

Supporting the creative team with copy and image/creative development

Identifying conversions and building tracking framework links in coordination with data team

Working in ad platforms to build mockups for internal and client team

QC of campaign setup

Working with advertising and data teams to monitor campaigns and flagging concerns/ideas to discuss with strategy team

Foundational understanding of reporting KPIs and the ability to identify large trends

Working with data team to draft initial report talking points for internal and client teams
Project + Account Coordination:

Research for new business, existing clients, etc.

Support with daily project management on accounts
-
Maintain project timelines, task lists, etc.
