Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record in selling healthcare products (Tech/ Non-tech) to medical professionals and decision makers in an organization. The ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare sales industry, with a strong understanding of the market and a passion for driving sales growth.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with medical professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare stakeholders

  • Regularly identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the healthcare sector that aligns with the existing business objectives and priorities

  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare stakeholders independently

  • Must be comfortable with health-tech terminologies and be able to share detailed information on product features and benefits, addressing any inquiries or concerns of prospective customers

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as agreed upon mutually with the management team

  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional material to meet business objectives

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments

  • Attend and drive events, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and expand our customer base




Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry.

  • Proven success in selling healthcare products to medical professionals and organizations.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market and industry trends.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed. Own transportation is an added advantage
