Schedule: Part-Time (5.75 hours/day on Student Days, 189 days/year)
Salary: $17.50 Per Hour

What You’ll Do
- Support classroom instruction and daily routines under the direction of the teacher.
- This can either be one on one with a student or with all students in a classroom setting.
- Provide positive behavioral support and help maintain a productive learning environment.
- Assist students in reading, learning activities, and skill development.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with students and staff.
- Keep materials and routines organized to help the classroom run smoothly.
- Use basic computer skills to support instructional needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Fewer than 48 college credits? We’ll help you earn Highly Qualified status within 60 days.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A calm, patient, and encouraging approach when working with students.
- A desire to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, families, and students.
